Lightly break the plywood armor plate so it can be
repositioned and glued as shown. Use a pen or pencil under
the break to set the angle. Allow the adhesive to fully cure
before proceeding.
Brechen Sie das Sperrholz der Panzerplatte ganz leicht
und vorsichtig an, so dass sie wie abgebildet positioniert
und geklebt werden kann. Legen Sie zum Brechen einen
Stift unter die Platte. Lassen Sie den Klebstoff vollständig
trocknen bevor Sie fortfahren.
Pliez le dossier en contreplaqué, faites-le craquer
légèrement, il pourra être maintenu en position par collage.
Utilisez un crayon sous la cassure pour obtenir l’angle
correct? utilisez de la colle pour fi ger cet angle, patientez
durant le séchage de la colle.
Piegare leggermente il compensato per poterlo riposizionare
e incollare come si vede. Mettere sotto una matita per
aiutarsi nella piegatura. Prima di procedere attendere che
l’adesivo sia completamente asciutto.

Sand both the plywood armor plate and rear cockpit panel
inside the cockpit where they contact each other. Use epoxy
to glue the plywood armor plate in position. Position the
plywood armor plate so it is 5

inch (135mm) above the
edge top edge of the fuselage. Make sure the plywood armor
plate is centered side-to-side in the cockpit. Allow the
adhesive to fully cure before proceeding.
Schleifen Sie die Panzerplatte und die hintere Cockpitwand
an den Klebestellen an und kleben die Platte mit Epoxi ein.
Positionieren Sie die Platte so, dass sie 135mm über der
Rumpfkante steht. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass die Platte
im Cockpit zentriert ist und lassen den Klebstoff vollständig
trocknen bevor Sie weitermachen.
Placez le dossier contre le panneau arrière du cockpit.
Utilisez de la colle époxy pour fi xer le dossier en contre
plaqué à l’intérieur du cockpit. Le haut du dossier doit se
situer 135mm au dessus de l’arrête supérieure du fuselage.
Le dossier doit être centré par rapport aux fl ancs du
fuselage. Attendre le séchage complet de la colle avant de
passer à l’étape suivante.
Carteggiare entrambe le piastre in compensato e il pannello
posteriore dell’abitacolo nel punto in cui entrano in contatto.
Per l’incollaggio usare della colla epoxy. Posizionare la
piastra in compensato in modo che sia 135mm sopra al
bordo superiore della fusoliera. Accertarsi che la piastra
sia centrata lateralmente rispetto all’abitacolo. Prima
di procedere attendere che l’adesivo sia completamente
asciutto.

Use rubberized CA to glue the resin cast throttle to the side
panel. Make sure to sand both areas to remove the paint
where they contact each other to guarantee a good bond
between the two items.

Utilisez de la colle CA caoutchouc pour coller la commande
de gaz moulée en résine au panneau latéral. Prenez soin
de poncer la peinture aux points de contact entre les deux
pièces pour assurer le meilleur collage des deux éléments.
Con colla CA gommata incollare la manetta del gas sul
fi anco del pannello. È necessario carteggiare le aree
da incollare per togliere la vernice e garantire un buon
incollaggio.

Sand all areas where the pilot seat will make contact. Sand
both the seat and areas in the cockpit. The pilot seat can
now be glued into the cockpit using epoxy. The seat must be
secure enough that it cannot vibrate loose, especially with
the added load of a pilot fi gure.
Schleifen Sie den Sitz und den Cockpitboden an. Der Sitz
kann dann mit Epoxi eingeklebt werden. Bitte achten Sie
darauf, dass er sicher verklebt wird, besonders dann wenn er
das zusätzliche Gewicht einer Pilotenpuppe tragen muß.
Poncez toutes les surfaces qui entreront en contact avec le
siège du pilote. Poncez les surfaces du siège et du cockpit.
Le siège peut donc maintenant être collé à l’intérieur
du cockpit en utilisant de la colle époxy. Le siège doit
parfaitement être fi xé pour ne pas rentrer en vibration et se
détâcher, surtout quand un pilote est placé dessus.
Carteggiare tutte le aree che andranno a contatto del sedile
del pilota, oltre al sedile stesso e alle altre aree interessate
nell’abitacolo. Adesso si può incollare il sedile con colla
epoxy. Il sedile deve essere abbastanza sicuro per poter
sopportare le vibrazioni, specialmente quando si aggiunge il
peso della fi gura del pilota.
