Position the hinges onto the back of the retract gear cover
making sure to not cover the screw hole. Mark the location
for the hinges on the underside of the retract gear cover.
Positionieren Sie die Scharniere auf der Rückseite der
Fahrwerksabdeckungen und achten bitte darauf nicht die
Schraublöcher zu verdecken. Markieren Sie die Position der
Scharniere.
Positionnez les charnières au dos de la trappe de train en
prenant soin de ne pas masquer le trou de la vis de fi xation.
Marquez l’emplacement des deux charnières à l’intérieur de
la trappe.
Posizionare le cerniere nel retro del coperchio del carrello
retrattile, accertandosi di non coprire i fori per le viti.
Segnare la posizione delle cerniere sul lato inferiore del
coperchio.

Locate the door hinge plate. Note that the plate is not square
as it will fi t to the angles of the cover when it is installed.
Legen Sie die Scharnierplatte bereit. Bitte beachten Sie
dass die Platte nicht quadratisch ist das sie zum Winkel der
Abdeckung passen muß.
Prenez la platine de renfort de la trappe. Vous remarquerez
que cette platine n’est pas rectangulaire afi n d’épouser les
formes de la trappe.
Individuare la piastra per il portello della cerniera. Notare
che la piastra non è quadrata poiché dovrà raggiungere gli
angoli del coperchio quando sarà installata.

Use a rotary tool to remove enough material that the hinges
will rest below the surface of the cover. Use a square or ruler
to check that the hinges are below the surface of the cover.
Schleifen Sie Oberfl äche der Abdeckung ab, so dass die
Scharniere auf einer Höhe liegen. Sie können dieses mit
einem Lineal oder Rechteck prüfen.
Utilisez un outil de ponçage rotatif pour creuser
l’emplacement des charnières afi n de les intégrer dans
l’épaisseur de la trappe. Utilisez une équerre pour contrôler
que les charnières ne dépassent pas de l’épaisseur de la
trappe.
Con una fresa rotante togliere abbastanza materiale per far
restare le cerniere sotto alla superfi cie del coperchio, usando
un righello per verifi carlo.

Check the fi t of the gear door hinge plate to the gear door
cover. The plate is angled to fi t the angles along the inner
edge and front of the cover. Lightly sand the plate where it
contacts the cover. Glue the cover into position and allow the
glue to fully cure before proceeding.
Prüfen Sie die Passung der Platte auf der Abdeckung. Die
Platte ist angewinkelt damit sie an die innere Kante und
Vorderseite der Abdeckung passt. Schleifen Sie die Platte
an den Kontaktstellen an und lassen den Kleber vollständig
trocknen bevor sie weitermachen.
Positionnez le renfort sur la face intérieure de la trappe.
Le renfort reprend les angles de la trappe indiqué par les
fl èches. Poncez légèrement le renfort aux points de contact
avec la trappe. Collez le renfort et patientez durant le
séchage de la colle avant de continuer.
Provare a posizionare sul coperchio la piastra per la cerniera.
La piastra è angolata per adattarsi agli angoli lungo il bordo
interno e anteriore del coperchio. Carteggiare leggermente
la piastra nei punti in cui sarà a contatto con il coperchio.
Incollare la piastra in posizione e attendere che la colla
asciughi prima di procedere.
