Prepare the servo arm by installing the ball end screw from
the side of the servo arm next to the servo so it is 1

inch
(32mm) from the center of the servo arm. Carefully remove
the covering and wing sheeting so the arm can rotate into
the wing. Use the measurement from the edge of the retract
door servo mount as a reference when trimming the opening.
Notch the wood doublers to allow the servo arm to rotate
completely.
Drehen Sie einen Kugelkopf 32mm von der Mitte in den
Servoarm ein. Entfernen Sie vorsichtig die Bespannung
so dass der Arm frei in die Fläche drehen kann. Messen
Sie von der Kante des Servhalters als Anhalt wie weit die
Bespannung geöffnet werden muß. Kerben Sie auch den
Holzdoppler ein damit der Arm frei drehen kann.
Préparez les bras de servo en y vissant une rotule dans le
trou situé à 32mm du centre du bras de servo. Découpez
délicatement l’entoilage et le coffrage pour que le bras
puisse pivoter à l’intérieur de l’aile. Utilisez la mesure
depuis le du support de servo pour découper l’ouverture.
Effectuez une encoche dans le renfort en bois pour permettre
la libre rotation du bras de servo.
Preparare la squadretta del servo installando i terminali a
sfera in modo che siano a 32mm dal centro. Togliere con
cura la ricopertura e il rivestimento dell’ala in modo che il
braccio possa ruotare nell’ala. Usare la misura dal bordo
del supporto del portello come riferimento quando si trimma
l’apertura. Segnare il duplicatore di legno per consentire al
braccio del servo di ruotare completamente.

Temporarily slide the ball end into position on the screw installed in the servo arm. Working from the top of the wing, carefully
remove the material in the wheel well to allow the servo arm to enter into the wheel well. Also allow room for the linkage to
operate the gear door. The best way to accomplish this for now is to rotate the servo manually, allowing the door to close and
open to the 85-degree position.
Schieben Sie den Kugelkopfanschluss provisorisch auf die Schraube im Servoarm. Entfernen Sie von der Oberseite der
Tragfl äche vorsichtig das Material in Radhaus. Lassen Sie ebenfalls Platz für die Anlenkung um die Fahrwerkstür. Am besten
drehen Sie dazu das Servo mit Hand in die gewünschte 85° Position der FW-Tür.
Installez temporairement la rotule en position sur la bras de servo. En travaillant depuis le dessus de l’aile, découpez
délicatement le passage du bras de servo dans le passage de roue. Prévoyez un dégagement autour de la tringlerie pour
assurer la mouvement de la trappe. Nous vous conseillons d’effectuer les vérifi cations d’ouverture et de fermeture en faisant
tourner le servo manuellement jusqu’à atteindre les 85° d’ouverture.
Far scorrere temporaneamente il terminale a sfera nella posizione sulla vite installata sulla squadretta del servo. Lavorando
dalla parte superiore dell’ala, togliere il materiale nella sede della ruota per consentire al braccio del servo si entrare
al suo interno. Bisogna anche fare spazio al rinvio che comanda il portello. Il modo migliore per fare questo è di ruotare
manualmente il servo, per far aprire e chiudere il portello fi no alla posizione a 85 gradi.

Assemble the gear door linkage using the hardware listed.
Adjust the distance between the pins in the clevises to the
measurement shown.
Montieren Sie die Fahrwerkstüranlenkung mit dem gelisteten
Teilen und stellen den Abstand wie abgebildet ein.
Assemblez la tringlerie de la trappe en utilisant les
accessoires listés. Réglez la distance entre les axes des
chapes à la valeur indiquée.
Assemblare il rinvio per il portello usando la viteria indicata.
Regolare la distanza tra i perni delle forcelle secondo le
misure mostrate.
