Remove the hinge wire from the fl ap, separating the fl ap from the wing. Apply a light coating of petroleum jelly to the wire.
Ziehen Sie den Scharnierdraht aus der Klappe und nehmen die Klappe ab. Streichen Sie den Draht mit etwas Vaseline ein.

Use epoxy to glue the fl ap control horn in position. Use
the technique of using low-tack tape as outlined in the
installation of the aileron control horns. Before the epoxy has
cured, remove the tape and slide the fl ap hinge wire in, then
out, of the fl ap to clear any epoxy from the fl ap control horn
area that may prevent the installation of the wire once the
epoxy has fully cured.
Kleben Sie die Klappenhörner mit Epoxy ein. Nutzen Sie
dazu das gleiche Verfahren wie bei dem Einkleben der
Querruderhörner. Nehmen vor dem Trocken das Tape ab und
schieben den Draht rein und wieder raus um evtl. Epoxyreste
zu entfernen.
Utilisez de la colle époxy pour coller le guignol en position.
Protégez la surface du volet en utilisant le même technique
que pour les guignols d’ailerons. Retirez l’adhésif de
masquage avant la fi n du séchage de la colle époxy et
glissez l’axe dans le volet, puis retirez l’axe pour retirer la
colle époxy qui pourrait gêner le passage de l’axe une fois
séchée.
Per incollare le squadrette dei fl ap usare colla epoxy. Usare
la tecnica del nastro a bassa adesività già usata per le
squadrette degli alettoni. Prima che la colla sia asciutta,
togliere il nastro e inserire il fi lo della cerniera dei fl ap e
poi tirarlo fuori per pulire da eventuali eccedenze di colla
provenienti dalle squadrette. Questo per poter poi installare
il fi lo senza problemi quando la colla sarà completamente
asciutta.
