SERIAL NUMBER TAGS
The model/serial number tag is located on the bottom outside edge of the
right corner post. A second tag is located on the front of the electronics
module on the top of the unit. This tag includes the unit’s operating voltage
and amperage. The model and serial numbers of each unit are also recorded
on the unit test report attached beneath the front dress panel. These items
are shown graphically in the figures 1-3 to 1-5 below:

Obviously, you can get confirmation of the Biosafety Cabinet's model by
contacting Labconco's Product Service Department, and providing us with
the serial number. From this number, we can tell the date of production and
its model.
