Configuration Profile Details Screen

This screen lets you configure or change the following information about the
selected configuration profile:

P rofile N a m e

A 32-character string that identifies a Profile Name in the Span Profile table.
Each entry represents the complete span in an ATM line.

W ire M od e

Displays the type of wire interface used by the span (two-wire).

D ata R ate (M in )

Sets the minimum attainable line rate in the span.

D a ta R ate (M ax )

Sets the maximum attainable line rate in the span.

R em ote

Enables/disables support for remote management of the units in an SHDSL
line from the STU-R via the EOC.

Values: Enabled, Disabled
Default: Enabled

Tra n sm issio n M od e

Sets the regional setting of the span represented as a bit-map of possible
settings.

Values: Annex-A (ITU-T G.991.2), Annex-B (ITU-T G.991.2)
Default: Annex-B

To set any configuration profile parameter, enter the desired value/information
in a field or select the desired parameter from one of the pull-down lists, and
then click on the “Submit” button.

Alarm Profiles Screen

Clicking on the “Alarm Profiles” button on the WANsuite 6430’s Network
screen will display the screen shown in Figure 3.13.
