Management Report/List Print Out
Activity Report
Having this report printed out automatically enables the user to
confirm the types of communication (a transmission or a reception,
etc.) that were carried out, the date and time it was accomplished, as
well as who the other party was. Turning the “Automatic Print Out”
setting for the Activity report ON will cause an Activity report to be
printed out once the facsimile has completed 40 individual
communications. You can also print out an Activity report at any time
you desire by carrying out the “Manual Print Out” procedure.
(1) Automatic Print Out
* To cancel the procedure part way through, press the STOP key.
The message display will revert to the initial mode.
* If Restricted access is turned ON, it is first necessary to enter the
registered management password and then press the ENTER
FUNCTION key. Refer to “(5) Entering Your Access Code”, page 7-28.
1. Press the FUNCTION key.
2. Press the ( 씱 ) cursor key until the following message appears in
the message display.
3. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.
4. Press the ( 씰 ) cursor key until the following message appears in
the message display.
5. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.
6. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key once again.
7. Use the cursor keys ( 씱 ) ( 씰 ) to select whether you want the
Activity report to be automatically printed out (ON) or not (OFF).
8. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.
9. Press the STOP key. The message display will revert to the initial
mode.
(2) Manual Print Out
* To cancel the procedure part way through, press the STOP key.
The message display will revert to the initial mode.
1. Press the PRINT REPORTS key.
2. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.
An Activity report will be printed out.

Transmission Report
Having this report printed out automatically enables the user to
confirm such information as the date and time of a transmission, as
well as the fax number of the destination party. Turning the
Transmission report print out ON will cause a Transmission report to
be printed out after each fax transmission. In addition, it is possible to
have a sample image of part of the first page of transmitted
documents included on Transmission reports.
* Even if the Transmission report print out is turned OFF, a
Transmission report will be printed out any time a communication
error occurs during a transmission.
* It is possible to select whether or not you want the sample image of
part of the first page of the documents to be printed out on the
Transmission report. (Refer to “Add Sample Image on Reports
ON/OFF”, page 9-4.) The sample image will be 1/2 of the actual
image size.
* A sample image of the original documents will not be included on
Transmission reports for Polling transmissions.
* After those operations which involved transmission of documents to
multiple facsimiles, a Multi-transmission report will be printed out in
place of the standard Transmission report. However, a sample
image of the original documents will not be included on these
reports.
* To cancel the procedure part way through, press the STOP key.
