Do the SUB and SID you entered match the
Confidential box number and Confidential
box ID registered for the corresponding
Confidential box?
Does the Confidential box password that
you entered to print out the Confidential box
match the registered one?
Is the Bulletin Board function ON?

Have the relay station register a Relay box.
Check the Relay box number and Relay box
ID registered in the relay station.
