* If you chose to continue registering group dial keys, return to

step 6. If you chose NOT to continue, the message display will
revert to the initial mode.

5. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.

6. Press an unregistered one-touch key.

7. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.

8. Enter the other parties' fax numbers. (Max. 32 digits each)

* If you entered the fax number with the keypad, proceed to step 9.
* If you entered the fax numbers with abbreviated numbers or one-

touch keys that are already registered with the appropriate SUB
(subaddress) and other settings, proceed to step 13.

9. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.

10. Use the keypad to enter the appropriate SUB (subaddress).

(Max. 20 digits)
* If you do NOT want to register a subaddress for this key,

proceed to step 13.

11. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.

12. Use the keypad to enter the appropriate SID (subaddress ID).

(Max. 20 digits)
* If you do NOT want to register a subaddress ID for this key,

proceed to step 13.

13. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key. Repeat steps 8 through 13

until all desired fax numbers have been entered.
* If “EXCEEDS MAX. DEST” appears in the message display, the

number of fax numbers entered exceeds the acceptable limit.

14. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key once again.

15. Enter the desired name for the group dial key.

16. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.

(2) Modifying and Deleting

* If a group dial key that has been used to schedule a communication

which has not yet begun is selected for modification or deletion,
“USED AS MEMORY FILE” will appear in the message display and
it will not be possible to modify or delete that key.

* If a group dial key that has been used in the registration of a

program key or Relay box is selected for modification or deletion,
“CANNOT DELETE” will appear in the message display and it will
not be possible to modify or delete that key.

* To cancel the procedure part way through, press the STOP key.

The message display will revert to the initial mode.

* If Restricted access is turned ON, it is first necessary to enter the

registered management password and then press the ENTER
FUNCTION key. Refer to “(5) Entering Your Access Code”, page 7-28.

3. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.

4. Press the (

) cursor key until the following message appears in

the message display.

5. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.

6. Press the group dial key containing the information to be modified

or deleted.
* To delete the registered information, proceed to “

Deleting”.

To modify information, proceed to “

Modifying”.

7. Press the CLEAR/ON-HOOK key.

8. Deletion of that group dial key is complete.

) to select whether or not you want to

continue deleting group dial keys.

9. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.

* If you chose to continue deleting group dial keys, return to step 6.

If you chose NOT to continue, the message display will revert to
the initial mode.
