Reception Report
Having this report printed out automatically enables the user to
confirm such information as the date and time of a reception, as well
as the fax number of the transmitting party. Turning the Reception
report print out ON will cause a Reception report to be printed out
after each fax reception.
* Even if the Reception report print out is turned OFF, a Reception
report will be printed out any time a communication error occurs
during a reception.
* To cancel the procedure part way through, press the STOP key.
The message display will revert to the initial mode.
* If Restricted access is turned ON, it is first necessary to enter the
registered management password and then press the ENTER
FUNCTION key. Refer to “(5) Entering Your Access Code”, page 7-28.

Delayed Communication Report
(Memory Entry Report)
Having this report printed out automatically enables the user to
confirm the information related to communications which use the
timer such as the corresponding file number, the scheduled start time
and the fax number of the other party.
Turning the “Automatic Print Out” setting for the Delayed
communication report ON will cause a Delayed communication report
to be printed out after each communication which uses the timer is
scheduled. You can also print out a Memory entry report at any time
you desire by carrying out the “Manual Print Out” procedure.
* A sample image of part of the first page of any documents to be
transmitted will be included on Delayed communication reports. The
sample image will be 1/2 of the actual image size.
