Logging and Network Management
This chapter describes switch‐related logging and network management commands and how to
use them.
Configuring System Logging
Purpose
To display and configure system logging, including Syslog server settings, Syslog default settings,
and the logging buffer.
Commands
Note: The commands in this chapter pertain to network management of the D-Series device from
the switch CLI only. For information on router-related network management tasks, including
reviewing router ARP tables and IP traffic, refer to
