The properties of the individual stepping motors are set on the Proper-
ties stepping motor
dialog window.

Port

Shows the internal designation for a stepping motor of the type Dig-
Out_x_y_z
, where x stands for the controller, y for the digital output ter-
minal and z for the output on this terminal.

Port description

Freely selectable designation for a stepping motor port. This designation is
used in the program to actuate the port.

50 characters

Default value

DigOut_x_y_z
The following characters must not be part of the
port designation: \, ', ., {, }, [, ].

Selection of the port type.

Action

Action which the stepping motor is to perform.

Reference position
Move to reference position of stepping motor.
Relative position
Go to a relative position; in this case, the stepping motor moves by the
value defined by Distance/Angle in relation to the current position.
Absolute position
Move to an absolute position; in this case, the stepping motor moves
to the value defined by Distance/Angle.
End position
Move to final position of the stepping motor.
