The system displays the Reports menu ( Figure 141 ).

Use the procedures in this section to access and run the various reports in
this menu.
Call Classification Report
The Call Classification Report provides the following information for each
extension or number dialed:
• The total number of calls
• The total number of failed calls
• The number of blind or intelligent transfer attempts that:
~ Were answered
~ Were busy
