start_vs

command to start it again. The start_vs

also should be used if

the system was rebooted or powered down after stop_vs

was used.

The start_vs

command checks to see if the user stopped the system with the

stop_vs

root

command.

processes are running, it is a good idea to check the value of nbufs in the
/vs/data/spchconfig
