2000/128 = 15.625 = 16
16 * 128 = 2048
multiple of 5 closest to 2048 = 2050
2050 / 5 = 410
The shortcut is dividing the time by 5 (2000 ms / 5 = 400).
To reverse the calculation, multiply the CDNC number by
5 (410 * 5 = 2050, 403 * 5 = 2015). This removes the need
to know the actual software cadence increment value.
