DESCRIPTION This log indicates that a locally defined feature clashes with a PBX
defined feature.

ACTION TO BE TAKEN: 1) In the case of failure, check the key configurations on the switch
and the key configurations done on the 911x, 9150, IDVR for the
port concerned.
2) In case of clash re-define the local feature on a key that is not
being used for a PBX feature.
