4 Test the Card Sensor.
a. Remove the rear cover.
b. Using a Digital Voltmeter, connect the negative lead to ground.
c. Connect the positive lead to Pin 10 of J4.
• If
blocked, the Sensor should read 4.9 to 5.5 VDC.
• If
unblocked, the Sensor should read 0.15 to 0.18 VDC.
d. If the voltages do not read correctly, replace the Sensor . (Note: Contact
an authorized repair center)
