Clearing Performance Statistics

Use the following menu sequence to clear performance statistics.

Main Menu

Status

Clear Statistics

You can also use the ClrStats function at the bottom of the Performance Statistics
screen.

To clear all . . .

Select . . .

User performance registers, including
network and ports statistics

All

User performance registers for the
selected Network Interface

Network 1 or Network 2 (only the Model
926x provides Network 2)

Performance registers for all Sync Data
ports

All Sync Data Ports

NOTE:

You can only clear User statistics. Telco statistics cannot be cleared.

Status Information

Select system and test status information from the Status menu:

These messages, listed in alphabetical order, appear in the messages area at the
bottom of the screens (see Table 7-1).

What It Indicates

What To Do

Already Active

The selected test is currently
running.

1. Allow test to continue.

2. Stop the test.

Command Complete

A system command (save,
clear, abort) completed
normally.

No action needed.

Connection Refused

User interface is in use. This
will only appear during
initiation of a Telnet session.

Wait and try again.
