Assay 2 Standard Method
The Assay 2 standard method, Assay2.app, has been customized for and is
installed in your
Explorer. The typical method parameters for Assay 2 are listed
below as are the library compounds for each column and typical retention times
and detectable concentration ranges for this method. These values will vary on
your instrument.
NOTE: For maxi mum accuracy at low concentrations, we recommend that you verify
Explorer’s integration, and reintegrate manually, if necessary.
Concentrations outside these specified ranges, especially at the lower end, can be
obtained by adjusting the injection time, PID state and integration parameters.
