Using Explorer
Code Description
CR Indicates a compound that was present in the library but not
contained in the calibration gas. This method of calibration may
lead to an invalid calibration and is intended for specialized
applications only. Please contact
INFICON
Applications Department for more details.
CF This compound was selected for calibration but was not present
in the calibration gas. A calibration fault was encountered during
calibration.
OV The peak has gone over range. The peak will be extrapolated
based on where the signal went off scale and where it returned.
The displayed concentration will be derived from the
extrapolated peak area.
