Block Identifier
(CPC01)
Bits 07-00 of this word identify it as the first word in a series used to
define the clamp close profile. Pro-Set 600 sets these bits to 00000111.

Velocity Units
(CPC03)
The following bit determines units of measure for velocity values.
- BIT 14 selects units of measure.

1 = Stop and zero outputs if clamp reaches CPC61
