Rx Discarded Frames

No. of discarded received frames due to:
- Received Frames are larger than size of PDU
- Received Frames Headers are smaller than the
standard HDLC header size.
- Validity of address bits settings in HDLC header is
incorrect.
- Checksum Field value in header is incorrect.
- The received DLCI number does not match the
DLCI connections on the IAD.
