Powermonitor 3000 Unit Operations Chapter 3
DST is disabled by default. When enabled, the default start time is
2:00 a.m. on the second Sunday in March, and the default end time is
2:00 a.m. on the first Sunday in November. This corresponds to US
Daylight Saving Time beginning in 2007.
