5.1

Overview

The 32-bit microcontroller has the following three operating modes. Oscillator start/stop and CPU and peripheral
circuit start/stop switching control functions are provided to support low power consumption.

Operating modes

Reset mode (RESET)

• All modes are entered to normal operating mode by resetting the system.
• Changing the mode by program is performed by setting the CPUM register.
