14.1 Overview

The A/D converter is a 10-bit charge redistribution-type A/D converter that can process analog signals on a

maximum of four channels.

The A/D conversion reference clock can be selected from 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, or 1/16 of IOCLK. When IOCLK =

10 MHz, A/D conversion is performed with a maximum conversion speed of 2.8

µ

s/ch. (1/2 x IOCLK is selected

as the A/D conversion reference clock, and the number of sampling cycles is 2 cycles.)
