Description :
This commands controls the Data Carrier Detect (DCD) signal.
Syntax :

Note : DCD always on OK
Note : Command valid

Note : DCD matches state of the remote
modem’s data carrier OK
Note : Command valid
Defined values:
<n>
0 : DCD always on
1 : DCD matches state of the remote modem’s data carrier
