<Character Set>
“TRANSPARENT”: Transparent mode. The strings are displayed and entered as they are stored in SIM.
“HEX”: Hexadecimal mode. No character set used; the user can read or write hexadecimal values.
AT+WPCS=”HEX” is default value.
