Description :
This commands controls the Data Set Ready (DSR) signal.

Note : DSR off in command mode, DSR on in
data mode OK

0 : DSR always on
1 : DSR off in command mode, DSR on in data mode

If a connection has been established and the ME is in command mode, this command allows you to return
to online data mode.
