bit 3~0 of 2nd character: control channel 3 - 0.
bit value 0: Disable channel
bit value 1: Enable channel (2-character)

4 is equals binary 0100 that means enable channel 6 and
disable channel 7, 5, 4.
8 is equals binary 1000 that means enable channel 3 and
disable channel 2, 1, 0.
