Output Voltage Testing
NOTE: Use caution when measuring test voltages to avoid short
circuits.
There are 4 test points to measure the output of the Power and Relay boards,
numbered TP1-TP4, as shown in Figure 9-6.

Under normal operation, the following voltages should be read:
TP1 – Ground
TP2 - +12 +/- 0.48 VDC
TP3 - +5 +/- 0.20 VDC
TP4 - + 21-24 VDC
