At the channel output, which is located at the end of the OIF VSR channel with crosstalk, the opening eye
area is reduced because of the channel loss, crosstalk, and input jitter from TX and additional sinusoidal
jitter. The eye diagram opening is about 0.54 UI and 1.29 mV at BER = 10
