Viewing T1 Remote Statistics

To receive and monitor remote statistics on T1 ports you must enable the Facility Datalink
(

FDL

) protocol through the

temod

command. These statistics will not be available if you do

not enable

FDL

.

Note

Because there is no

FDL

standard for E1 configura-

tions, remote statistics are not supported on E1 ports.

Viewing Total Remote Statistics

You can view remote statistics occurring during the past 24 hours on a single port by enter-
ing the following command

terts <slot>/<port>

where

<slot>

is the slot number where the board is located, and

<port>

is the port number on

the board on which you want to view statistics. For example, to view remote 24-hour statis-
tics for Port 2 on the board in slot 5, enter

terts 5/2

A screen similar to the following displays:

Remote 24-hour Period Statistics for port 2 on slot 5
