The status of an XMAP-tracked virtual port has changed (port 1, reason 2)
Port Number . The virtual port
number of the port that most
recently changed.
Reason . The reason for the last port status change.
The following integers are valid values:
0 No trap was sent.
1 A port was added.
2 A change of information on an existing port.
3 A port was deleted.
