Managing SPB services

An SPB service corresponds to an SPB VSI on BEBs.
For each SPB service, you must assign a unique I-SID and a B-VLAN.
To assign a type of traffic from a customer site to an SPB service, you must perform the following tasks:

1.

Create an Ethernet service instance on the attachment circuit to match the traffic.

2.

Associate the Ethernet service instance with the SPB service.

SPB service management enables you to configure and deploy SPB services on all BEBs. You can also

tune the settings on individual BEBs.
