DC Management

This function plans DCs in VFM the same as in actual networks and performs basic management on the
switches, servers, and storage devices in the DCs.
Only the switches, servers, and storage devices added to DCs can be used by SAN, TRILL, SPB, and EVI

modules.

SAN Configuration

This function manages fabrics constructed by using FCoE and provides access to the following SAN

configuration pages:

SAN Fast Config—Allows you to quickly configure servers and storage devices to access each
other in pairs.

Fabric Management—Allows you to view and manage fabrics through a resources tree and list.
You can also view and manage the switches, servers, storage devices, VSANs, and zones
contained in the fabrics to control access between servers and storage devices.

Default DCBX Params—Allows you to configure the default DCBX parameters, which apply to
FCoE switches and interfaces for which operators do not customize DCBX parameters. This helps

simplify and unify DCBX parameters.

VSAN Auto Discovery—Allows you to use a seed switch to automatically discover and add VSANs
and switches to fabrics.

Set FC Ping Threshold—Allows you to set alarm thresholds for FC ping tasks to monitor fabric
connectivity.

LAN Configuration

This function provides access to the following LAN configuration pages:

TRILL—Allows you to manage TRILL networks and devices.

SPB—Allows you to manage SPB networks, devices, and services. This module supports deploying
configurations for SPB services to multiple devices at a time, which improves configuration

efficiency.

EVI—Allows you to manage EVI networks, devices, and services. This module supports both
deploying configurations for EVI services to multiple devices at a time and adding a single device

to EVI services.

Statistics

This function provides access to the following statistics pages:

ECT Statistics Chart—Allows you to view the number of B-VLANs and the number of I-SIDs for each
ECT. This chart intuitively presents ECT load.

VM Migration Info—Allows you to view the VM migration records and play back the migration
processes.
