Modify—Click the Modify icon to modify the fabric (see "

Querying fabrics

1.

On the upper right corner of the fabric list, enter a partial or complete fabric name in the query
control

, and click to display all fabrics that match the entered name.

Alternatively:

1.

Click the Advanced icon

to expand the query area, and specify one or more of the following

query criteria:

Name—Enter a partial or complete fabric name.

{

Description—Enter a partial or complete fabric description.

Empty fields are ignored.

2.

Click Query to display all fabrics that match the query criteria.

Viewing fabric details

1.

In the fabric list, click a fabric name to view the fabric details.
Fabric details include the following contents:

Fabric basic information:

Name—Fabric name.

Description—Description for the fabric.

Switch Count—Number of FCoE switches contained in the fabric.

VSAN Count—Number of VSANs contained in the fabric.

Adding a fabric

1.

In the fabric list, click Add.

2.

Configure the following parameters:

Name—Enter a name for the fabric. The name must be unique in VFM.
