Fab_STP Message Queue Overflow. Failed to send Update. MSTP may be out of sync.

Indicates that the fab_stp (component of FVCS) that keeps MSTP in sync cannot send an update to the
remote RBridges because its internal message queue is full. This error is due to a temporary congestion
issue on the local RBridge.

The RBridge must leave and rejoin the fabric for synchronization of the spanning tree databases.
