4.4.7 Drawer with RTU-bottles

• The drawer (9) with up to six RTU-bottles (10) must be pulled

out completely by pulling it forwards, so that it does not
slide back - otherwise there is a risk of injury!

Fig. 44b

• Each of the six RTU-bottles has a filler neck (61) connected

with the instrument via a spiral hose (63).

• To replace the RTU-bottle, pull the suction hose connecting

piece on the handle (61) vertically out of the RTU bottle
while holding down the tapered pump head against the

When fully loaded, the drawer is very heavy.

Therefore, always open and close it carefully.

NEVER lean on the drawer when it is pulled

out. The instrument could tilt forwards and

lead to personal injury or damage to the in-

strument.

Guide the filler neck vertically into the new

bottles and ensure that it is pushed all the

way down to the bottom of the bottle. The

filler neck must lie flush with the bottle neck

(see detail Fig. 44a left). Always position the

air line above the fluid connection (63) so that

the air line (108) is not kinked or creased.
