• The bottom right of the drawer has a spigot (64, Fig. 47 ),
for draining spilled or overflowing reagents neatly. Then,
the drawer should be cleaned.

• Seven RTU-bottles (10) are supplied for the drawer with the instrument ( Fig. 46 )
- 6x for tissue infiltration,
- 1x for the cleaning process (extended cleaning program by detergent).
Each container has a screw plug.
• Each container has a max. capacity of 5 l.

Only RTU-bottles from Leica are approved for this instrument. However, if dif-
ferent bottles are used, the customer must INDEPENDENTLY check that they are
suitable for such use.

Important!
Always keep the spigot (Fig. 64 detail) closed.
The spigot ( Fig. 47 a detail , item 64) may be
opened for cleaning purposes only, as other-
wise flammable reagents could end up on the
heater of the paraffin baths and ignite.
