4.7 Touchscreen functions

4. Instrument Setup

The Leica ASP6025 is operated via a color
LCD touchscreen.
This touchscreen is resistant to reagents
and responds even if the operator is wear-
ing laboratory gloves.
Activating critical functions usually triggers
a prompt that must be confirmed before
the function is carried out.
This allows the operator to undo changes
caused by accidental key strokes.

The supervisor is logged in. If the SERVICE
button is visible in the bottom bar, supervisor
mode has been disabled.

A user is logged in.

The program is currently running (the symbol
shows a wheel that is turning).

Status Bar
The blue bar at the top of the screen is called the status bar (34).
This indicates which menu is currently open, the current date
and the current time. Various symbols can be displayed in the
top right corner of the screen:

Touching the symbol calls up the system status.

For more information, refer to Chapter 5.1.6

Battery status = FULL

In the system settings, 2-basket mode is set and
the retort is filled with max. 3.8 l of reagent.
