4. Enter any other necessary information and follow the onscreen instructions.

Important:

If the account type you want to set up is not in the phone database, you will be
asked to enter more details. You should get all pertinent information for the email
account, such as incoming and outgoing server settings, before you proceed.

Add a Corporate Account

If you synchronize your phone with your corporate account, you can read, manage, and send
email in the same easy way as with a POP3/IMAP account. You can also access some powerful
Exchange features.

account, contact your company's

Exchange Server administrator for required sign-in information.

1. From the Home screen, tap Apps

> Settings > Accounts > Add account >

Corporate.

– or –

From the Home screen, tap Apps

> Email, if you have not set up any email account

yet, and tap Exchange.

2. Enter the Email address and Password information and then tap NEXT. Consult your

network administrator for further details.

3. Configure the account options as necessary and tap NEXT.

4. Follow the onscreen instructions.

Note: You can have multiple corporate email (Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync) accounts active

on your phone.

Compose and Send Email

Compose and send email messages using any account you have set up on your phone.
Increase your productivity by attaching files such as pictures, videos and documents to your
email messages.

1. From the Home screen, tap Apps

> Email.

2. On the email account Inbox, tap

.

3. Tap fields to compose your message:

 Tap the To field and enter the recipient’s email address or tap

to add recipients.

 To send a carbon copy (Cc) or a blind carbon copy (Bcc) of the email to other

recipients, tap

at the right of the To field.
