E XPLANATION
The ECAM_SHIFT variable is calculated by dividing the
Actual_position_registration by the value of Var_01.
For example, if Actual_position_registration is 19300,
ECAM_SHIFT will be set to 2, since 19300 / 8192 =
2.36 and only the integer part is considered.
