Usage
Information When you apply rate-shape in QoS policy both on the Queue Level and in
Aggregate mode, the queue-based shaping occurs first then aggregate rate
shaping.
service-policy output
Apply an output policy map to the selected interface.
Syntax service-policy output policy-map-name
To remove the output policy map from the interface, use the no service-
policy output policy-map-name command.
Parameters
policy-map-
name Enter the name for the policy map in character format (16
characters maximum). You can identify an existing policy
map or name one that does not yet exist.

Information A single policy-map can be attached to one or more interfaces to specify the
service-policy for those interfaces. A policy map attached to an interface can be
modified.
