COOLING FAN/FLYWHEEL REMOVAL/
INSTALLATIONREMOVAL
Remove the following parts:
–Fan cover.
–Ignition coil.
FLYWHEEL SPECIAL NUT (16 mm)
COOLING FAN
STARTER PULLEY
SPECIAL WOODRUFF KEY
(25 x 18 mm)
REMOVAL:
Hold the flywheel with a commercially available strap wrench
and use the special tool to remove the flywheel.
Do not hit the flywheel with a hammer.
REMOVAL:
Hold the flywheel with a commercially available
strap wrench and remove the 16 mm special nut.
Take care not to damage the cooling fan.
