Remove the set screw, insert the pin and than fix the set
screw.

Pay attention do not tight too much set screw because the
sensor could be damaged.

Tightening torque 05N/m seal with AREXON 35A77.

WHEN SLIDING THE ROD AND PISTON ASSEMBLY OUT OF THE
TUBE, PREVENT THE THREADED END OF THE TUBE FROM DAM-
AGING THE PISTON. KEEP THE ROD CENTERED WITHIN THE
TUBE TO HELP PREVENT BINDING.

Screw the head into the cylinder barrel and tighten with a
spanner wrench. Refer to “Hydraulic Cylinder Torque
Specifications,” for tightening guidelines for the head.

Thread the counterbalance valve into the block on the cyl-
inder barrel.
