Model and Serial Number
Record the model number, serial number, and model year of the header, combine adapter, and transport/stabilizer
wheel option (if installed) on the lines below.
NOTE:
Right Hand (RH) and Left Hand (LH) designations are determined from the operator’s position, facing
forward.
