distance. The base point is the first point in the
alignment (Localization) file. If there are no points
specified in the alignment (Localization) file, then
0,0 is used as base point. The second dialog will
prompt if an alignment (Localization) file is to be
used during the process. This file is typically
created by SurvCE using the Localization routine.
The file (*.dat) contains the parameters to
transform the derived State Plane coordinates to
the defined local coordinates. At the end of the
process, the coordinates will be written to the
current *.crd file and a report will be presente
