Radio Modem Configuration
This section provides steps to initially configure the
LAND-PAK radio modems. Configuration is almost
identical for both the base station and rover radio
modems, differing only in RF power output settings.

on radio modem configuration.

After the initial configuration, generally
only the RF frequency and the base
station RF power output settings need
to be changed to accommodate job
needs. These settings are generally
changed using SurvCE software on
the Explorer 600+ data collector. Refer
to Chapter 5 SurvCE Software
Operation.
