Media Not Supported Error

Fatal import error. Signifies the asset file is on media SpruceUp does not support.

Memory allocation error in DVD-R write Process.

Verify proper drivers are installed for your DVD-R drive.

Memory allocation error in Real Time Preview Process.

Indicates a problem with the Simulation/Clip Properties preview decoder. Ensure the
Preferences menu has the correct one selected.

Fatal import error. Indicates the Photoshop .psd file does not have a layer labeled
background as is required for a button file. See the Creating Photoshop Buttons topic for
details.

No DLT Device found on SCSI Bus!

Unable to locate a DLT drive on the SCSI bus. Verify connections and status of the drive.
Shut the computer down and completely power cycle everything. Ensure the drive is not
overheating.

The contents of the DVD ROM Contents folder does not fit in the available space of the
specified drive. The Export Summary part of the Export menu (to the left) displays the
amount of space required for the DVD ROM Contents folder. Reduce the contents of the
folder or de-select the Player or Trial Version settings of the Includes area (if applicable)
and re-export.

Not enough free disk space in Drivename for copying selected player files.

The Player setting of the Includes area has been enabled but does not fit on the specified
drive. De-select the player and re-export.

Not enough free disk space in Drivename for copying SpruceUp Trial files.

The Trail Version setting of the Includes area has been enabled but does not fit on the
specified drive. De-select the Trial Version and re-export.
