Loading Assets
SpruceUp uses three types of assets: Video movies (with audio), backgrounds, and buttons.
These assets are managed in the Main Window’s Media Gallery, each with its own tab along
the top.
The Style Gallery
SpruceUp's goal is to make creating DVDs as easy and efficient as possible. Towards this
end, SpruceUp uses Style Galleries to allow you to categorize your background and button
assets. Examples of styles include weddings, sports, business, and many more. SpruceUp
supplies several Style Galleries for you to start with, including the Default one.
Style Gallery Notes
• Selecting a different Style Gallery causes the current backgrounds and buttons to be
replaced with those from the new style.
• When launched, SpruceUp loads the last Style Gallery used.
• Since multiple Style Galleries can be used within a project, SpruceUp does not change
Style Galleries when they are loaded.
• The Style Gallery does not contain movie assets.
